Nanny Intern

Early years in life are the most important to the formation of intelligence, personality and social behavior of a child. The years before a child begins primary education are among the most critical in his or her life to influence learning. That is why modern societies show serious concern for the education of their young ones by providing needed support to prepare them to succeed later in school.

If you manage a daycare centre/creche(0-2years), pre-nursery/playgroup(3-4years), Kindergarten/nursery(3-5years) school, your foremost desire is to satisfy your clients by giving their beloved children quality care when under your supervision and this can only be achieved with a team of well trained and/or experienced professional childcare providers.

However,we know that finding the right candidate for the job can be a daunting and frustrating task for most early years center owners. We also know its pretty expensive (financially, mentally etc) to invest in training every new staff that comes under your employ. These are a few reason why Icarella nanny Training Institute exists.

Our goal is to make early years experience better and more enjoyable for all children, regardless of their background or circumstances, by supporting the adults that are engaged with their learning and development.

And to support a common vision we share with center based childcare services, we have set up the "Nanny Internship Program"

How does the Program work?

Candidates who train with our institute monthly need practicum to support theoretical knowledge gained in Early Childhood Development and Care after which they gain employment. Centers, on the other hand, need childcare providers who have standard training and knowledge in Early Childhood Development and Care. Employers would also like to test out skill before fully committing to an employment relationship. We have therefore devised a simple structure to make this possible.

Icarella Nanny Taining Institute yields a number of trainees monthly which we seek to place with employers. Centers can test out their abilities as well as support their learning by having them intern for at most 10 working days on a full or part time bases. After which they can make the decision to hire the candidate who interned at their facility based on how they performed.

Simple right?
